Student Leadership
At 7Hills, leadership is not reserved for a few, it is cultivated in many.
We believe leadership is a skill that must be practised. Through structured opportunities, real responsibility and meaningful contribution to school life, our students develop confidence, integrity and the ability to influence positively.
Our leadership pathways ensure that every student has the opportunity to serve, represent and grow.

This prestigious role builds confidence, public speaking skills and professionalism. It reflects our belief that students are our strongest advocates.
House Captains
House Captains play a pivotal role in shaping the culture and identity of our House system. Selected for their character, commitment and leadership potential, they serve as role models who inspire participation, teamwork and pride within their House community.
House Captains lead assemblies and House meetings, organise inter-house competitions and encourage students across all year groups to contribute positively to school life. They support younger students, promote healthy competition and help cultivate a strong sense of belonging.
Through this role, students develop organisational skills, public speaking confidence and the ability to motivate others. Most importantly, they learn that leadership is about service — bringing people together, upholding shared values and strengthening community spirit.
At 7Hills, House Captains help ensure that every student feels connected, supported and proud to belong.
Sports Captains

- Uphold school standards
- Demonstrate maturity and integrity
The prefect system develops students who are dependable, principled and prepared for leadership beyond school.
