Parent Community Committee
At 7Hills, parental involvement in student education is highly valued and encouraged. The PCC functions as a small network of class representatives that coordinate parent’s participation in school events and activities.
The goal of the PCC is to create opportunities for the 7Hills family; students, parents, teachers, families and community, to socialize and share information and expertise to continually improve the students’ experience and learning.

Christopher Luswata
He has been a parent of two students at 7Hills since August 2023 and currently has one daughter in Year 11. He has been serving as a Parent Class Representative (PCR) since 2023 and is conversant with the curriculum and extra-curricular issues at the school and in the sector. He is a company director with a finance and corporate management background and is keen to contribute to the successful establishment and development of the PCC.
Birgitta Grosskinsky
She is a parent of a son in Year 10 with a physical disability from a culturally diverse family. She has a strong understanding and experience of how vital it is for every child and family to feel welcome and able to participate fully in school life. She is a management professional in the International Development Sector with an active track record in promoting parent-school activities and initiatives. She has been an active member of the PCR group for several years.
Pamela Aman
She has been a parent at 7Hills for several years and currently has a daughter in Year 11. She has been a member of the PCR group for the last 3 years and is currently serving as its secretary. Through the PCR group she has been involved in various parent-led activities to strengthen social and extra-curricular engagement among the parents at 7Hills. She looks forward to using her experience to ensure a robust education for all our enrolled students.
William Kato Bitarabeho
He is a parent of 2 students in Year 9 and 10. He is an engineer and owner of an international consulting firm in the business and technology sectors. He has led major strategic initiatives including business development and investment appraisal. As a PCCE member he brings strategic, technical and governance skills and experience to support the school in a competitive educational landscape.
Grace Nandawula
She is the parent of a son in Year 7. She is the Head of Marketing and Strategy at Unilever Uganda in which role she has developed and led diverse teams to implement high impact campaigns and numerous successful events. She has strong experience in utilizing digital tools and social media to enhance engagement and community involvement. She hopes to use this position to promote trust and collaboration in the community and ensure that events reflect the diversity and vibrancy of the community.
Divya Dua
She is a parent of 2 sons in Year 9 and 12. She has over 18 years in the human resources field with a strong foundation in people relations, conflict resolution and creation of supportive and inclusive environments. She has lived in Uganda for more than 20 years and is deeply connected to the community. She believes that strong emotional, social and academic support systems are essential for young people to thrive. She hopes to collaborate closely with parents, students and staff to strengthen these systems and ensure every child feels heard, supported, and valued.
